UNDR is constructed largely from aerial footage of Palestine, sourced from various archives. From a helicopter’s-eye view, we see cities and natural landscapes being subjected to controlled demolition and continuous reshaping. Shifting between the distance of the topographic images, and humanising fragments showing everyday life, the film points towards the violence of the occupying power that seeks to remove people from their homes and appropriate their land.
